Shipping Policy
- We use Priority Two-Day, insured US Postal Service (USPS) on all shipments unless the customer specially requests and pays for another delivery option.
- Shipping fees for orders are determined by USPS current rates for packages by weight and delivery location. Some of our merchandise may carry an Oversize charge. If an item requires this charge, it will be listed in the shipping details.
- Shipments are usually delivered in 2 business days. If you need an order shipped overnight please call us toll free at 1.866.856.2342.
- A flat rate of $30.00 is charged for shipments to HI, AK, APOs and Canada.
- Payment of Duties or Customs Fees is the responsibility of the customer.
- In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of your order. Out-of-stock items will be ordered from our vendor and shipped to you as soon as possible; Shipping time may vary from 1-3 weeks.
- Sales tax is charged for all North Carolina orders and deliveries.
